At Lionne Clothing, we value and appreciate every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your item, reach out to us within 5 consecutive days of delivery receipt and we’ll do our best to work with you. We’ll consider exchanging the unworn and resalable merchandise for another style or size, pending material availability of the garment of your choice. There will be a 10% restocking fee and you’ll be responsible for any differences in price. We’ll also take 100% responsibility in the extenuating circumstance of a manufacturing defect.
Prior to returning any items, a return acceptance confirmation email is needed from the LC staff. Do not return any items to LC warehouse without approval.
Email your order number and concern, for review, to CustomerService@LionneClothing.com If your concern is approved via email, please return unworn merchandise for review by following the steps below.
• We do not offer cancellations. We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted, at Lionne Clothing’s discretion, within 5 consecutive days of receipt for an exchange consideration or LC credit coupon.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Upon arrival at the Lionne warehouse, all returned items are inspected. Lionne Clothing reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. If for any reason merchandise is not in saleable condition, we will not be responsible for shipping returned items back to the customer.
Please note original shipping charges are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Returning pre-approved LC Merchandise By Mail:
Customers are solely responsible for returning merchandise within 5 consecutive days of receipt to Lionne Clothing warehouse.
Ship potentially eligible returns prepaid and insured (for your benefit), include a copy of your order number, phone number and email address inside of your package so if applicable, your LC exchange or credit can be easily processed. Ship to:
