Beginning August 24, 2020 we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges. All sales will be final.
At Lionne Clothing, we value and appreciate every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we hope you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll be glad to review your concern.
Prior to returning any items, a return acceptance confirmation email is needed from the LC staff. Do not return any items to LC warehouse without approval.
Email your order number and concern, for review, to CustomerService@LionneClothing.com If your concern is approved, please return new/unworn merchandise for review by following the steps below.
• We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted, at Lionne Clothing’s discretion, within 14 consecutive days of receipt for an even exchange or LC credit.
• Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Upon arrival at the Lionne warehouse, all returned items are inspected. Lionne Clothing reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. If for any reason merchandise is not in saleable condition, we will not be responsible for shipping returned items back to the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for returning merchandise within 14 consecutive days of receipt to Lionne Clothing warehouse.
