Returns & Exchanges
At Lionne Clothing, we value and respect every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll be glad to accept returns of new/unworn merchandise for an exchange.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or Lionne Clothing credit.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Upon arrival at the Lionne warehouse, all returned items are inspected. Lionne Clothing reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Returning By Mail:
Customers are solely responsible for returning merchandise within 14 days of receipt to Lionne Clothing warehouse.
Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured (for your benefit), include a copy of your order number, phone number and email address inside of your package so your credit can be easily processed to:

A reduced shipping fee of $9.99 will apply for all new outgoing exchange items payable via PayPal invoice.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
