Shipping Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Most orders ship out within 7-14 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. The LC staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.

Can I pay to rush my order?
We apologize but at this time we do not offer expedited shipping. 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally.

What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc...

What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website but my package has not arrived yet?

We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Lionne Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.

 

What is a pre-order?

At Lionne Clothing, a pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated shipping date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product description.

What if I order an item that is currently available and a pre-order item? 
Mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. Don’t worry, we’ll cover the pre-sale shipping fee.

What if I order two different pre-sale items that do not have the same estimated shipping dates?
Orders consisting of pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.

Your credit card will be charged for the full pre-sale retail amount along with any taxes and fees at the time of check-out. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the pre-sale package is shipped. The purchase of pre-order items can only be made on our website, www.LionneClothing.com. 

All pre-sale order inquiries should be directed to CustomerService@LionneClothing.com only. Questions regarding customer pre-orders cannot be answered via social media. If you have any questions regarding pre-orders, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to making your purchase.
