Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 7-14 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. 

The LC staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.

International Shipping:

Yes, we ship internationally. 

Wrong/Missing Shipping Information:

Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc... We are unable to make any changes to your shipping address once the order has been placed. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or file a claim for your lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with carrier. Lionne Clothing does not file lost or stolen claims on behalf of customers.
